As Brooks Junior High School prepares to close its doors, the community is invited to gather for one final evening of memories, connection, and celebration at the “If These Walls Could Talk” farewell open house on June 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Alumni, staff, families, and community members are encouraged to walk the halls once more, reconnect with old friends, and share stories from the “good old days” that made BJHS such an important part of the community for generations.
The event will highlight the school’s long-standing traditions and accomplishments, including athletics, academics, and student life, while giving guests an opportunity to reflect on the memories created within its walls.
Organizers say they are looking forward to welcoming both past and present members of the BJHS family for an evening filled with nostalgia and community spirit.
While this chapter comes to an end, a new one is already on the horizon, with the new school set to open in Fall 2026.
